Talk Green is the Midland's leading property surveying company providing a wide range of the UK’s most recognisable brands with residential and commercial energy and property surveying services throughout the UK.

2020 will mark our 14th Anniversary. During this time Talk Green will have completed more than 50,000 Energy Surveys throughout the UK and helped thousands of home owners to reduce their Carbon Emissions (CO2), subsequently reducing their running costs.

Gareth Clarke

Director

One of the country’s first qualified Residential and Commercial Green Deal assessors, Gareth has successfully completed in excess of 10,000 energy surveys. Together with the team, Gareth has successfully developed Talk Green’s ‘Energy Auditing Solution’, aimed directly at the Commercial sector. As part of the company’s continual development, Gareth has now secured a ‘Civil Aviation Authority Permission for Aerial Works’ license (known as a PfAW) – this means he is fully qualified and Licensed to fly drones. Used with either still, video or thermal imaging equipment, Talk Green has recently been conducting bridge and building surveys, cinematography for high-end property sales and even covering sporting events such as an exclusive BMW motorbike event.

Steven Rigley

Director

A fully qualified Residential, Commercial and Green Deal Assessor, Steven has over 10 years' experience within the Energy Surveying industry.

Steven is also qualified to WHO04 Risk Assessment for Legionella Control in Water Systems which is a City and Guilds accredited qualification, providing commercial and domestic buildings with ACoP L8 and fourth edition HSG274 compliant risk assessments.

He has been involved in projects throughout the UK working alongside some of the country’s most recognisable brands.
